We include a black hollow base with the flag and fill it with water or sand to increase stability .  However we recommend that in weather below 40 degrees that the base be filled with sand instead of water. The base can hold approximately 22lbs or 2.22 cubic feet of sand. The base filled with water is about 33lbs. This flag ships in 2 boxes. One for the base and hardware and the second box for the graphic.
